I spied the itty bitty Shoshanna Lonstein Gruss today picking up her daughter Sienna from school on 92nd street between Madison and Fifth avenue around 1:30pm; Mrs. Gruss aka comedian Jerry Seinfeld's underage ex-girlfriend (back in the 90's, 1993-1997 to be exact) was made famous because, when Shoshanna was a student at Nightingale-Bamford she happened to be strolling through central park and Jerry's 38 year-old perverted pecker honed in on the 17 year-old Shoshanna (ticket to fame, smart move Shoshanna). She even transferred schools (while in college) in order to be near Mr. Hilarious himself. Well it appears that his constant obsession with his very successful television show was the ax that ended the relationship, needless to say Shoshanna managed to survive without Jerry and made a name for herself. Fast forward she marries (in 2003) Joshua Gruss (his father is Martin Gruss, financier and philanthropist, KA-CHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and little Sienna's birth follows two years later. Shoshanna was picking up her daughter from Nightingale-Bamford, whom Shoshanna happens to be on the board of trustees. In Shoshanna went into her black range rover wearing her red and black striped top and blue jeans, with driver at the wheel and blonde friend and/or assistant, who knows; all I know is that I'm jealous and wish I had the same success that she has.
